Welcome to Black Dragon Exhausts! At Black dragon exhausts we strive to bring you chance to have a customized muffler
you never have had the chance to buy, or make before. All mufflers are hand made( NOT IN ASIA) and we offer many options to
help make your muffler-yours! As all the mufflesr
are built to order please allow 3-4 weeks for them to be built and shipped from Europe. Being they are custom made for you
we offer no returns unless they are defective. Do to the need for repacking of carbon sleeves and abuse they can take we currently
offer NO warranty on them. We do recommend repacking them
every 3500-5000 miles for best longevity.
Here at Black Dragon exhausts we offer custom made( MADE IN EUROPE)mufflers
for all of your needs. These can be built to fit your existing slip-on or full exhaust pipe, or made completely from scratch
from your specs. We are able to source, or supply many slip-on connector pipes or headers if you choose in either SS
or titanium too. We currently offer the following slip-ons and full exhausts all come with a custom muffler you choose.
Because of the number of customizations available on the mufflers we have not felt the need to dyno them alone. Currently we are not aware of any company that dyno's their mufflers and we are offering no claims on the simple swap of mufflers on your pipes. There are too many variables like different pipes and climates to justify doing dyno's on mufflers. We are however interested in providing the custom muffler you desire and can make the core size in 3 available sizes from quiet and choked to medium to extra large. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us. NOW HERE! 2002+ RC51 Banzai type slip-ons!!!! Due to massive requests and a lack of availability, Black Dragon is working on a NEW ultra high mount or Banzai type style slip-ons for your RC51. As always the mufflers will be to your specs and to your liking from the many muffler options and sizes we offer. These will be a thin wall stainless steel pipe to help keep costs down as well as offer some features that have not currently been available before. They will come with bolted on very tough carbon fiber boot guards so no scuffing or burnt boots marks on your pipes and ceramic coating is also now available for a small upgrade fee. If you have any questions and or would like to get in line for these please contact us and thanks for looking. Prices can be found on the RC51 exhaust section. They will come as standard with carbon fiber cans and silver ceramic coatings, but titanium cans and black ceramic coating are available please allow two weeks for them to be made and there may be some extra costs involved so please contact us for details. The carbon pipe guards will come twill weave standard but any other color fabric or weave can be done upon request for no extra charge. Here is a couple of sets prior to ceramic coating
